Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

mit dieser Internetseite stelle ich meinen Bestand an Photographien vor.

KUNST umfasst 9000 Aufnahmen zeitgenössischer Kunstwerke, die ich seit 1983 auf 6 x 9 Diafilm photographierte.
Die Liste der 800 Künstlerinnen und Künstler ist alphabetisch geordnet, die Ziffer gibt die Anzahl der Aufnahmen an.

GARTENKUNST versammelt 2990 Aufnahmen auf Kodakchrome Kleinbild von überwiegend privaten Parks und Gärten aus den Jahren 1974 bis 1985.

KIRCHENKUNST hält 960 Aufnahmen auf 6 x 9 Diafilm bereit, die ich in Kirchen und Klöstern in Bayern seit dem Jahr 2000 photographierte.

Ein wesentlicher Unterschied zu anderen Bildarchiven besteht darin, daß mit dem Photographen auch die Künstler oder ihre Vertreter, die Erben oder die VG BILD-KUNST, an den abgebildeten Werken Urheberrechte haben. Diese Rechte am Kunstwerk müssen vom Nutzer der Aufnahmen eingeholt werden, bevor ich Ektas oder Bilddaten in hoher Auflösung heraus geben kann. Das gilt auch für die privaten Gärten und die Klöster.

Das Archiv arbeitet nach den vom BVPA empfohlenen Geschäftsbedingungen. Die Gebühren für Scannen, die Zusammenstellung von Auswahlsendungen in geringer Auflösung und die Nutzungshonorare richten sich nach den aktuellen Bildhonoraren der MFM.

From now on, I will be presenting my inventory of photographs on this webpage.

KUNST encompasses 9000 photographs of the contemporary works of art I have produced on 6 x 9 slide film since 1983.
The list of 800 artists is ordered alphabetically, and the figure indicates the number of images for each.

GARTENKUNST assembles 2990 small-format Kodakchrome images of primarily private parks and gardens, all produced between 1974 and 1985.

KIRCHENKUNST includes 960 photographs on 6 x 9 slide film, all of which I produced in churches and cloisters in Bavaria since 2000.

An essential difference from other image archives is that in addition to myself, the photographer, the artists or their representatives or heirs or the VG BILD-KUNST also hold copyrights to the works reproduced in these images. These rights to works of art must be acquired by the users of the images before I am able to distribute transparencies or high-resolution image data. The same is true for the images of private gardens and cloisters.

This archive functions in accordance with the terms and conditions recommended by the BVPA. Fees for scanning and for the compilation of low-resolution selections of samples and for usage fees are consistent with the current image fees of the MFM.
